The Shack Breakfast & Lunch is Hiring a Server Near CHESTERFIELD, MO
Servers are responsible for ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience while dining with us. Serving guests by taking food and drink orders and bringing and removing dishes in a timely manner. With this job title you are expected to serve our guests with professionalism, hospitality and a friendly smile. All while making sure our guests feel valued, important, and comfortable.
Job Duties:
- Set up workstations with all necessary items to ensure a successful shitft
- Attend to all customer request
- Take food and beverage orders
- Communicate with other operation areas; kitchens & Bar with customer requests
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
- Ensure all food and other items are prepared properly
- Check quality of ingredient
- Promote dedication through excellent service
- Proven experience as a server
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 18 Years or older
